Context

During my time at Experientia Global, I worked on a project exploring how Netflix could improve its sign-up experience on Smart TVs. The goal was to reduce friction in the onboarding process and increase the conversion from free users to paying subscribers.

The project combined global UX benchmarking, trend research, and interaction design to identify new opportunities for seamless TV onboarding.
