During my time at Atfront AG, I worked on a digital learning initiative for On Running, a rapidly growing global sports brand.
As the company expanded internationally, ensuring consistent product knowledge and brand understanding among global sales teams became increasingly challenging. Retail staff, partners, and internal teams needed a scalable way to stay up to date with On’s evolving product portfolio and brand philosophy.
The goal of the project was to develop a digital sales training platform that could deliver engaging learning experiences across global teams.
