This project was realized as a collaboration between PixleLab and Lucid AG for Bayer. The company wanted to better understand the challenges faced by its field staff and explore new ways to improve their daily work experience.
As organizations increasingly recognize that innovation requires more than purely economic thinking, Bayer aimed to apply design methods to uncover deeper organizational challenges and identify meaningful interventions for their field teams.

We worked closely with Bayer’s field staff and internal stakeholders to understand their work environment, challenges, and needs.
Design Thinking Workshops
A series of workshops were conducted to uncover underlying problems and identify opportunities for improving the field staff experience.
Problem Framing
Insights from research and workshops were synthesized to identify core organizational challenges affecting the field teams.
Intervention Design
Based on these insights, targeted interventions were developed to improve workflows, collaboration, and the overall work experience.
