Blended Learning Development, Co-Creation, E-Learning Solutions, Immersive Educational Design, Stakeholder Collaboration
During my time at Atfront AG, I worked on a digital learning initiative with the Institute for Biomedical Ethics (IBME) at the University of Zurich.
Medical education faces the challenge of teaching complex ethical questions while encouraging critical thinking and dialogue between students and professors. Traditional teaching formats often struggle to create immersive learning experiences that allow students to actively explore ethical dilemmas.
The goal of the project was to design a blended learning platform that combines knowledge acquisition, perspective-taking, and discussion around real-world ethical cases.
Interaction Designer / UX Designer (Atfront AG)
Responsibilities included:
Co-Creation with Academic Experts
The platform was developed in close collaboration with professors from the Institute for Biomedical Ethics to ensure the educational approach matched the complexity of the subject.
Case-Based Learning
Real ethical cases were used to immerse students in complex decision-making situations.
Perspective Switching
Students were encouraged to analyze problems from different viewpoints to better understand ethical implications.
